In the Middle of the New

Wednesday afternoon. Mid-day, mid-week, mid-Korea. It's a good place to be on a beautiful spring day surrounded by cherry blossoms in the Korean countryside. After a flurry of activity to prepare for our arrival here, things seem to have slipped into a comfortable pace. The rhythms of our days are punctuated by spontaneous acts of kindness by Koreans, flavorful meals, and sightseeing where each corner turned elicits an unexpected glimpse into the culture. Spring being the season of newness, it seems the perfect time time to begin a new chapter in our lives and accordingly, a new blog! The fortune cookie said "Don't pass up a once-in-a-lifetime offer." Glad we followed its advice.
